Do I need to learn new software or special commands?
No. We set Jobe up. You use normal words, the same way you would explain a job to a person helping you.
Will Jobe change my live website without asking?
No. You see the new site first. Jobe does not replace your live site until you say yes.
Can I make a quick website edit myself?
Yes, on supported Targeted websites. Open Edit Website, tap highlighted text, change the wording, and save. It also autosaves while you work, and Undo is there if you change your mind. Bigger layout or design changes can still go to Jobe.
Does Jobe post everything by itself?
Not at first. You choose what needs your OK before it goes out.
Will Jobe sound like me?
That is the goal. After Facebook or Instagram is connected, Jobe studies patterns in your past captions, such as length, phrases, hashtags, emoji use, and tone. It uses those examples as guidance without copying your old sentences.
Do I have to replace my current website?
No. Keep it if it is doing its job. Jobe can work as a separate service.
Can I text Jobe?
Yes. During setup, you verify your phone once. After that, you can text Jobe instructions and photos. Your account page is still where you can see and manage everything.
What if something in Jobe is not working?
Use the simple help link inside Jobe and tell it what happened. Jobe can check the problem, try the safe fix or retry when appropriate, and send it to Targeted when a person needs to step in.
Can I email Jobe instructions?
Not today. Email marketing is something Jobe can help manage for your customers. Your instructions to Jobe come through the portal or your verified texting number.
